Can I return my order that has been delivered in Morocco?
Orders delivered within Morocco are not eligible for refunds. However, you can exchange your order within 48 hours using Ghazala or Amana parcel companies. Please note that we do not have a physical location for returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct a quality control check, which may take up to 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. We appreciate your patience during this process.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Any inquiries made after the 14-day return window will be considered as acceptance of the product's condition.
