Products and Availability

We offer Moroccan-inspired garments, including handcrafted caftans. Most of our designs are made to order and carefully crafted on demand to ensure quality and refined craftsmanship. Production times may vary depending on the item and the period of demand. If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched promptly. Please note that slight variations in color, detailing or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our designs and differences in screen displays.

Orders and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx and PostNL. Delivery times vary depending on destination and item availability. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both refunds and exchanges. Returns may be requested in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
International orders: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery

Orders delivered within Morocco: Exchanges may be requested within 2 days of receipt. Refunds are not available for orders delivered within Morocco.

International Returns & Customs

International returns from outside the EU must be declared as returned goods for customs purposes. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred due to an incorrect declaration cannot be covered by us and may affect the processing of the return.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order. Personal data is used for marketing purposes only with explicit consent. We may share limited information with trusted third-party services (such as Shopify apps) to support our operations. We comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Liability

Classy and Fab – Imane Belhaj Caftan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers such as FedEx or PostNL. We are also not liable for minor differences in color or detail due to the handmade nature of the products or differences in screen displays.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
