Returns & refunds.
We are happy to accept your return for a refund or an exchange. We understand that not all purchases can meet your expectations. We would love to assist you and ensure your satisfaction. To help us serve you better, please read our return policy carefully before ordering and before returning any products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item for a refund or exchange. This policy applies only to customers outside Morocco. For our customers in Morocco, we offer a 2-day return policy for exchanges only, with no refunds.
Conditions for returns.
Please note that we have some rules regarding returns that may affect your ability to return items.
Non-eligible returns:
- Items with a broken or removed original seal.
- Items that are visibly worn, washed, or show signs of use.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Accessories, due to hygiene reasons.
- Items returned after the 14-day period (or 2 days for Morocco).
- Items damaged due to improper handling or maintenance.
- Items that retain strong odors, such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
- Sale items (eligible for a voucher only).
Additional information: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return expenses.
Returns customers in Morocco
Orders delivered within Morocco are not eligible for refunds. We can only offer exchanges if the product is returned to us within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges in Morocco
Customers in Morocco are allowed a maximum of two returns per order. A third return is not accepted. After the second return, we will no longer be able to offer a voucher. Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Conditions for returns.
- If you have received a defective product or one with stains, please contact us directly and provide photos. Quality issues reported after 14 days will be deemed as acceptance of the product.
- If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us at info@classyandfabb.com so we can assist you promptly.
- If you have worn the dress and it has become damaged, we are not responsible for the damage. We thoroughly inspect all dresses before shipping. Any damage that occurs after wearing the dress is the responsibility of the customer.
Problems with your return?
Our company is located in Morocco, and both our shipping and return addresses are also in Morocco. When returning your product, please ensure that all required information is clearly written on the package. Incomplete or missing information may prevent the parcel company in Morocco from delivering your return, and we are not responsible for such issues. We are also unable to contact customs or retrieve your package from customs.
If the information on the package is not complete or correct, it is possible that the package may be returned to you. We are not responsible for any returns or delivery issues caused by incomplete information on the package. Additionally, we cannot contact parcel companies to facilitate delivery to our warehouse.
Refunds.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment card. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that your bank or card company may take a few additional days to process it.

If your return has been declined, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. We will request payment for the return shipping costs. If the shipping costs are not paid, the package will be stored in our warehouse for up to 3 months. After this period, the item will be destroyed, and no further delivery will be possible.
