Products and Availability
We sell Moroccan clothing, including handmade caftans. Items that are in stock are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Items that are marked as handmade or pre-order may take longer to ship, especially during periods of high demand. All product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
Orders and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery, so please make sure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using FedEx and PostNL. Delivery times depend on the destination and the availability of the item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for both standard shipping and return shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days from the day of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and free from stains, perfumes, or signs of wear. Sale items are final and not eligible for return. If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments
We accept all major payment methods. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our website.

We only collect the personal data necessary to process your order. Data is only used for marketing purposes if you give explicit consent. Classy and Fab – Imane Belhaj Caftan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers such as FedEx or PostNL. We are also not liable for minor differences in color or detail due to the handmade nature of the products or differences in screen displays.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
