Order
We ship all orders from our atelier in Morocco.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
No, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
As all items are made-to-order, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. For this reason, cancellations are not possible.
All our pieces are made-to-order.
Production takes approximately 10 working days.
Once your order is ready, delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days depending on your location.
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs procedures.
Should there be any concern upon receipt of your order, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos along with your order number, so we may assist you accordingly.
SIZE & FIT
Please refer to our size guide located on each product page. It includes detailed measurements and tips on how to measure yourself for the best fit.
If you're in between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also reach out to us for personalized sizing help.
