Order
We ship from two warehouses: one located in Morocco and one in the Netherlands. Depending on availability and your delivery location, your order may be shipped from either location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately, and many of our items are handmade or made to order. Because of this, cancellations are not possible after purchase.
Most of our designs are made to order and carefully crafted on demand to ensure the highest quality and refined craftsmanship.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production and processing. If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched promptly. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Should there be any concern upon receipt of your order, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos along with your order number, so we may assist you accordingly.
RETURNS
All returns must be sent to our designated return address in the Netherlands. Please ensure that all recipient and address details are complete and accurate when sending your return, as we are unable to assist with parcels affected by incorrect or incomplete addressing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both refunds and exchanges.
Once your return has been received and inspected (please allow up to 3 business days), the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Should you notice a defect, please contact us promptly and include clear photos so we may review the matter accordingly.
Quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery for international orders and within 2 days of receipt for orders delivered in Morocco.

Please refer to our size guide located on each product page. It includes detailed measurements and tips on how to measure yourself for the best fit.
If you're in between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also reach out to us for personalized sizing help.
