We ship from two warehouses: one located in Morocco and one in the Netherlands. Depending on availability and your delivery location, your order may be shipped from either location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance.

How do I care for my caftan?

Our caftans are handmade and often hand-embroidered. We recommend professional dry cleaning. If the item allows, you may gently hand wash in cold water and iron on low heat.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately, and many of our items are handmade or made to order. Because of this, cancellations are not possible after purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product. Handmade or custom items may take longer to prepare. Please refer to the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a photo and your order number. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

All returns must be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. Please ensure that all recipient and address details are clearly and correctly written on the package. We are not responsible for any packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, whether returning for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return (this may take up to 3 business days), your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that processing time by your bank or credit card provider may vary.
