Returns for a refund or exchange are accepted in accordance with the terms outlined below. We kindly ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing an order or initiating a return.

Customers outside Morocco may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

For customers in Morocco, exchanges may be requested within 2 days of receipt. Refunds are not available for orders delivered within Morocco.

Conditions for returns:

Please note that we have some rules regarding returns that may affect your ability to return items.

Non-eligible returns:

- Items with a broken or removed original seal.

- Items that are visibly worn, washed, or show signs of use.

- Customized or personalized items.

- Accessories, due to hygiene reasons.

- Items returned after the 14-day period (or 2 days for Morocco).

- Items damaged due to improper handling or maintenance.

- Items that retain strong odors, such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.

Additional information: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return expenses.

All returns must be sent directly to our designated return address. Returns sent to pickup points or service locations cannot be collected and will not be accepted.

Noticed a problem with your delivery? Contact us right away.

- If your item arrives with a quality concern, please contact us directly and include clear photos so we may assist you accordingly.

- All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Damage resulting from wear or use after delivery cannot be accepted as a quality issue.

- Please ensure international returns from outside the EU are declared as returned goods, as we are unable to cover any customs charges incurred.

- Any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred due to an incorrect declaration cannot be covered by us and may affect the processing of the return.

Problem with your return?

We operate from two locations, with warehouses in Morocco and The Netherlands.

All returns must be sent to our designated return address in the Netherlands.

Please ensure that all address details are complete and accurate when sending your return, as we are unable to assist with parcels affected by incorrect or incomplete addressing.

Should you have any questions or require assistance with the return process, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any additional fees imposed by customs or for packages delayed or held due to customs procedures.

Refunds.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days after the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please contact us at contact@ibcaftan.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

In the event that a return does not meet our return conditions, the item may be sent back to you at your request. Return shipping costs will apply.

Should we not receive instructions or payment for return shipping within a reasonable timeframe, the item will be held in our warehouse for a limited period before further handling.
